Accountable for ovens product management:- Responsible for renewing the entire range of mass ovens from design to launch phase: more than 160 products introduced in 20 different markets with +600.000 units/year on 5 different brands- Building strategic product roadmap starting from customers needs and introducing relevant innovations- Driving development and execution of market specific initiatives leading multifunctional teams (R&D, Design, Supply Chain, Finance)

Responsible for cross category initiatives execution and coordination. Main responsibilities:- Development of market intelligence and competitive benchmark analysis- Preparation and coordination of key business review LT presentation- Management of strategic initiatives such as white spaces activations and profitability assessment- Owner of long term forecast activities and business opportunities identification- Creation of reporting tools to monitor company performance and industry trends- Set up of new routines leading standardization and increasing cross category / functionalcollaboration

Finance & Performance TechMain responsibilities:- Design and development of ERP solutions (mainly using Oracle Cloud Applications)- Functional data analysis for budgeting and financial processes- As-Is functional analysis, collection of user requirements and definition of target model

PMO - Energy and Utilities sector Main responsibilities:- Monitor and manage project baseline- Prepare analysis on project performances- Ensure coordination among the various players involved into the project- Keep updated project plans and documentations- Prepare and present status reports
