About Stefano Filippone

As the CTO of Bazar do Consórcio, I lead the technology strategy and execution of the platform to sell Brazilian Consórcio. I am responsible for the enterprise governance of information and technology, overseeing the engineering, DevOps, support, and product teams, and ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of our solutions. I have more than 15 years of experience in software development and architecture, specializing in designing and building elegant, innovative, and customer-centric products and solutions. I have a deep knowledge and passion for FinTech, having worked with Paybay and AQUI! CARD in the past, where I defined and implemented the full software development process, the technology stack, the DevOps process on cloud, and the software quality metrics.
