Il ristorante conta una trentina di dipendenti locali.La "mission" dei proprietari del Caffè Concerto è soddisfare "a livello eccellente" la loro vasta clientela. Turisti provenienti da ogni parte del mondo visitano quel territorio straordinario alle pendici dell'Himalaya. La sfida era trasferire le complesse competenze ristorative italiane in un ambito particolare come quello nepalese, completamente avulso da ogni visione sistemica. Nel ristorante infatti non c'era né un vero sistema né c'era una vision chiara. C'era molta confusione e molti sprechi. Dal 2015 sono stato assunto in veste di mentor coach in questo progetto.Nei primi mesi ho lavorato per creare engagement nel clima relazionale interno, che ha iniziato a cambiare e migliorare. Dopo un anno di lavoro il ristorante ha iniziato a raccogliere i risultati attesi raddoppiando sia i numeri, sia la capacità di servire i clienti a livello di eccellenza.
