During my PhD, I have visited the Economics Department of Princeton University, and I am a PhD Trainee at the European Central Bank.For my research, I work on the interaction between micro-heterogeneities and macroeconomics, in particular heterogeneous agents and fiscal policy.I graduated in January 2021 with the Master of Science in Economics at Nova SBE in Lisbon (a program entirely taught in English, top 3 in Europe according to Eduniversal).I consider myself European and multicultural. During my life, I lived, studied, and worked in Milan (IT), Dublin (IR), Brighton (UK), Saint-Etienne (FR), Dresden (GER), Frankfurt (GER), Lisbon (PT) and Princeton (NJ - USA). I am fluent in Italian, English, and Portuguese.I hold a bachelor's in Economics and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro (Milan), where I graduated with honors. I had a focus on applied statistics, monetary economics, and international macroeconomics. I am very passionate about public finance and economic policy. I also spent one semester at Em Lyon Business School, in which I specialized in Finance improving my budgetary and accounting skills. Before starting graduate studies, I have done 2 internships. One in Brighton (UK) where I worked as an intern in a small growing company, Curtain Call. Another one in Dresden (GER), for Wipro Gmbh.During my free time, I have worked for 7 years as a Basketball Referee. This extracurricular activity, allowed me to develop communication and relational skills, as well as managing difficult moments that require immediate decisions.
