After 30 years I developed a significant international experience in power and gas sector, In April 2024 I joined Dolomiti Energy Group as CEO, Dolomiti closed the 2023 with more than 2B€ of revenues and almost 400 M€ of EBITDA.I started my career at Enel held various management roles in the planning and finance, M&A and energy management, after I joined Erg and I was initially CEO of the companies in the renewable sector and then assume the position of deputy of power gas division.From 2010 until 2021 I assumed the position of Group CEO for 9REN, Restiani Group and Enerqos portfolio companies owned by private equity fund, I managed the growth of the companies and their sale.The companies were active in renewable energy and efficiency sector.From 2021 I joined A2A (the first multiutility in Italy) as Chief of Strategy & Growth responsible for the development and M&A activities for the groupI'm familiar in the management of complex corporate and financial transactions as well as in the management of relations with shareholders
