• Study and analyse customers needs on Life Insurance Product;• Prepare proposal and contracts for clients and maintain well-organized tracking reports;• Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners and leverage these relation to deliver innovative products;• Meet clients regularly, develop and advice new strategies related their product;• Provide accurate and timely information to clients;• Continuously focus on improving customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty.

Main accountabilities: Work on the technical development of products, identify business opportunities for products, represents the business and be responsible for the group work to determine what features will be in the product release.Personal accountabilities: - Coordinate Dev Team on the European Branch needs; - Prioritizing features and needs; - Be responsable of the marketing and sales plan; - Keeping customers apprised of status and getting their feedback;

Work on the technical development of products, identify business opportunities for products, establish marketing and promotional strategies, and maintain awareness on competing products.Personal accountabilities:- Developing Product Designs;- Rate new chargers for new products;- Prepare and provide Ad-hoc reporting and analysis metrics and reporting for product management;- Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs;

Prepare the annual budget, comparing it to actual results, and reporting on variances from the budget. Set up the forecasting using historic data to determine the direction of future trends. Personal accountabilities:- Create sales planning forecast- Advise departement managers on actual results, cost savings, market trends- Assist managers with the preparation of departement budget- Create a consolidated annual budget and submit it for management approval- Compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances- Rate pricing for new products

Review and analyze the company's product pricing compared to competitors pricing in the market place. Personal accountabilities:- Develop a pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and provide input for profitability projections- Evaluate the impact of spiecial requests on company asset value- Prepare financial reports and submit them to the Leadership Team
