Reporting to President supervise all activities/project providing leadership, management and vision to ensure that the business has effective associates, operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures in place. My goal is to help the company in effectively growth and ensure its financial strength and operating efficiency. I'm also responsible for all the HR topics.

Reporting to the CEO-EMEA, supervised operations of the HR department for 4 production plants in Italy and 2 in Germany through coordination of an HR team consisting of 6 specialists, 3 in Italy and 3 in Germany.In particular, I'm responsible for:Labour Relations, Recruiting, Training & Development, Competence Management, Compensation, Succession Plan, Talent Management, Cost Monitoring, Welfare Plan

Reporting to CEO, supervised operations of the HR department for 8 production plants in the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia, through coordination of an HR team consisting of 8 specialists.In particular, I was responsible for:- Determination of organizational structure and the relative job description- Labour relations, with negotiations and stipulation of internal agreements or supplementary contracts- Corporate processes of Workforce Planning, Performance and Competence Management, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Development, Recruiting, Training and Development- Personnel Cost monitoring through budget management and proper Personnel Administration, in compliance with contracts and social security/tax regulations- Elaboration and implementation of internal plans for Communication, Welfare, Associates Survey and Employer Branding- Verification of compliance with the organisational model (as per Italian Law 231)Results achieved:- Personally and successfully managed recovery operations at 2 plants hit by an earthquake in 2012 and by a tornado in 2014- Headed the Management Change procedure for transforming the company from family ownership into a managerial organization - Helped the company survive the economic downturn of recent years through empowerment of managers, the introduction of a structured system of cost savings (20 Mil. in 4 years), monitoring and optimization of resources, and stipulation of specific trade union agreements

Reporting to the CEO of the Commercial Division, I was responsible for:- Personnel Management and implementation of Bosch Group HR processes; Search, Selection and Training of staff for the Commercial division (approx. 200 associates)- Proper application of Italian tax/social security regulations, through implementation of a new model of full outsourcing of personnel administration

Reporting to HR Director Italy, I was responsible for:- Personnel Management and application of LR Group HR processes, as well as Personnel Recruiting and Training of central staff (approx. 500 associates)- Proper application of Italian tax/social security regulations, through development of an internal application for personnel administration

Development of HR projects for major Italian companies (Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Alitalia, Comit, Standa, Rizzoli, Mondadori, RIV-SKF….)
