Responsible for WINTER PRODUCT LINES• Drive the development of new product roadmaps throughout a long term strategy (competitive scenario analysis, product performance definition, investments and products economics management, overview product launch and market introduction).• Support and design pricing strategy • Leading the interaction with Trade Marketing and Consumer Marketing functions to enhance product features and position in the market• Identify new business opportunity and maximize company profits• Daily interaction with international markets on topics related to product management

- OEMs Customer Satisfaction Manager: monitoring customer feedback, KPIs and develop new systems and flows at global level in order to integrate and support every Country and Operative Unit. - Project Manager for OE Customer Satisfaction Tools & process Digitalization- Prestige Business Unit - Quality - Collect strategic insights and support the Units to manage Car Makers Audits and Claims. Contribute to improve the processes and share the "Lesson Learned". - New OE businesses investigations and technical evaluations: part of the OE cross functional team (Sales&Mktg, RD, OE Quality, Planning)- Direct interface to global OEMs and support to local accounts.

- Direct interface to customers to retrieve accurate information: travel abroad and in Italy to support customers about new projects and quality issues.- Development and qualification of new products: APQP & PPAP management.- Preparation of customers’ visits and audits at Settimo Torinese Plant.- Claims management: problem solving / 8D reports, process improvements activities (manufacturing and Logistics), present project updates to the customer. - Update of Control Plans, FMEA, Process Flows.
