In 2020/21, Stefano collaborated with the Partas management team to set up the Edge Incubation Hub in Tallaght. Minor Planet Systems plc is the leading supplier of vehicle management information (VMI™) systems enabling organisations to improve productivity and reduce fleet running costs. I performed: 1) First customer segmentation analysis,2) First approach to a marketing information system, for the Irish branch.Those projects will provide the company with strategic tools needed to develop effective promotional tactics and campaigns, gauge competitive positions, and fine tune current marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:• Identify the different segments and sub-segments present in the company’s market.• Input and analyse sales from 2003 to present.• Prepare a report explaining the sales’ trends present in different market segments and areas within the ROI.• Interpret the results and discuss them with the marketing and sales department, and develop a marketing strategy accordingly.

Meridian Productivity is a performance audit company with a H.S.E. contract to report on efficiency in thirty five Irish hospitals (my position was based in Ireland).Responsibilities: • Prepare efficiency reports for thirty five hospitals in ROI. • Collect data on staff attendance and patient waiting time, input information into a database and develop a written document with general observations.

Decobake provides products and services to bakeries and retailers. One example of a product provided by Decobake is a software enabling bakeries to customise messages on cakes. Responsibilities: • Sales and customer service to bakeries and retail outlets throughout ROI. • Support customers in the best use of the company’s products and services. • Keep customers informed of new product developments and meet their stock requirements.• Establish and build relationships with bakery and store managers.

I worked as a Sales Assistant in the Bakery Department.Responsibilities:• Service customers of the bakery department.• Manage stock and make replacement orders as required.• Bake all of the product range on a daily basis.• Guarantee that all products are prepared to the required standard and ready for the next day’s trading.

Responsibilities:• Develop a new online promotional tool called ‘References’. This was a customer testimonial mechanism featured on the company website, which also included a printed version used for public events such as exhibitions and meetings.Achievement:• The tool was operative on schedule and is now being used by the company’s sales and marketing staff, and is also available to customers online on the company website.

Responsibilities:• Start the clinic early in the morning and assist the patients from their time of arrival until treatment by the medical staff.• Record the patients’ information into the company system and book new appointments for patients.• Give out the blood test results.Achievement:• This position provided me with a range of administrative skills.
