About Stefano Muro

During my work experience, participating to several projects, I have achieved a broad and consolidated experience in delivering systems mainly related to civil and military aviation and maritime (VTS) domains. On the other side, I also had the opportunity to practice Agile methodologies (both in SW development and project management) that I currently keep practicing as a scrum master or product owner (depending on the project) or simply coaching teams (I'm CSM and PMI-ACP certified).I also had the opportunity to get deep knowledge of SW development life cycle and processes definition and improvement, especially iterative ones (RUP and agile in general), contributing to the achievement of the CMMI level 3 (now 5) of my company. Main skills: Agile methodologies.Systems Engineering .Process Improvement.
