Responsible for pre-closing check, cost control analysis and reporting activities to the European Business Controller. ▪ Commercial Finance activities, management of agent and dealers commission, growth estimate on product lines, pay terms and conditions approval for financial agreements, budget and compliance reporting, risk management. ▪ Quarterly Balance Sheet review, analysis related to disconnections and variances, compared to previous quarters/years. Active collaboration during external audit conducted by Italian Tax Authority. Activity of internal auditing to ensure compliance of finance processes in line with business policies. ▪ Intercompany transactions monitoring, management of intraEU trading activities and mandatory fulfillment of Intrastat declaration on monthly basis, in compliance with Italian Customs Authority. ▪ Completing and submitting VAT returns, Declaration of intent/VAT exemptions as per national tax requirements, monthly VAT payment, supervision on Withholding tax calculation and payment. ▪ General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking Process, T&L cost check, account reconciliations, Fixed Asset accounting and depreciation journals. ▪ Management of Credit Collection team for most urgent past due payments, check on debt repayment plan, direct re-negotiation of agreements in case of dispute with customers, assist Legal Dept. in case of legal actions.

▪ Administrative management and financial control on sales area of subsidiaries “GE Lighting S.r.l.” and “GE Power Controls Italia S.r.l.” (agent and representative commission, bonus, incentives, retirement bonus funds, indemnities and social security contribution). ▪ Employee & financial services ensuring general payroll administration, analysing and reporting financial data and employee benefit schemes. Provide advice to staff managers about taxation and National Insurance, administration of the company pension scheme, process whole tax and salary payment procedure through online corporate banking. ▪ Overall coordination with external auditors and administrative/accounting activity for “GE Security S.r.l.” (VAT, Conai and Cobat local environmental contribution, Withholding tax, completion and submission of payroll year end certification, mod. 770, issue of sales invoices, purchase invoices booking).
