Stefano Peron deals with out-of-court business advice and litigation in the areas of commercial criminal law, labour law, environmental law and occupational safety.In the area of civil liability he also deals with road accidents and liability of professionals (doctors, engineers, etc.). In the field of criminal law he deals, in particular, with crimes against industry and trade, corporate crimes, environmental and occupational safety crimes, tax crimes, bankruptcy and food crimes. Finally, he provides advice and legal assistance in the area of ex D.Lgs 231/2001, also by implementing "231 models" and as Chairman and/or member of Supervisory Boards ("Organismo di Vigilanza") of several companies.
