Stefano is a technical leader that excels when creating value and problem solving with business owners. He was CTO for a startup that delivered from scratch to production a successful product for NDIS plan management. This was followed as CTO for a startup in the plastics recycling space that was looking to modernise and scale-up its original MVP. He is now founder of Edgible, a startup with the mission to make self hosting easy and safe for small business owners.His technical range is wide and deep and covers Serverless, containers, databases, integration, process automation and more. He has managed employees and contributors in a broad range of settings including direct hires, contractors and local/remote partners. For example, as Services Director for Borland he managed a diverse set of talent across the Asia Pacific.His professional resume is backed with a solid portfolio of University qualifications in management science and mathematics. Stefano regards the behavioural sciences as key to delivering compelling software solutions and he recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Behavioural Economics.
