I have worked in the field of organisation, management and control systems since 1994 and in particular of ethics and compliance models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 since 2005, as a member of supervisory bodies, consultant, auditor and trainer. Currently, most of my clients belong to multinational groups.In addition, I taught as a temporary professor of Business Ethics at the University of Verona (1 or 2 credit modules in a Master's degree course) from 2010 to 2019. In the academic year 2018/19, I attended the Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics (International) at the University of Limerick, Ireland. I graduated (1.1) with a dissertation on strategic language management in multilingual organisations in January 2020. My research interests include business ethics, internationalisation and glocalisation of compliance management systems, language management from a linguistic ecology perspective and business English as a lingua franca (BELF).
