Business development and benchmarking of the industry including market research , pricing policies and internal and external communication.Administration and management of Fiduciary mandates. Two different area of business are involved:Investments (Bond, Stocks, Mutual Funds , Discretionary Portolio Management, Life insurance policies) Shares of different type of Companies ( all corporate actions covered)

Working in this structure I have been working in two areas :• Asset Management • Life and Non Life Insurance • The product companies structure is composed by:• an Italian and a Luxembourg based Asset Management companies;• an Italian and a Irish based Life insurance Companies;• an Italian non life Company. The main targets of the job are:• definition of Transfer Pricing policies and for each product line; • renewal of distribution agreements trough the local banks (18 different legal entities); • identification of synergies through the scouting of reduction of cost opportunities within the two similar business; • leverage of specific features of the insurance products wrapping asset management solution into a tax efficient vehicles

Intesa Sanpaolo is divided into 7 big areas . Milano is one of this seven but in term of weight of the asset under control is the first one accounting over 20% of the total assets.The main target achieved was the increase of awareness of the " Suggested Portfolio" into the 400 branches of Milano. Thanks to "Suggested Portfolio" utilization, the Bank reached three main results:• a sustainable appreciation and a reduction of the volatility for the client;• a significant increase of retention of "affluent clients"; • a considerable increase of Return on Assets for the Bank. 10% of the branches not provided with a professional with adeguate skills were supported centrally trough remote advisory to the responsible of the sales point ( 6 relationship manager driven by me). This solution allow to reach important enhancements in the profitabilty of the branches even higher than the average.

The role required the planning and management of the product range of Life and Non Life insurance policies by means of the captive distribution channels (Intesa Sanpaolo, Banca Fideuram and Sanpaolo Invest) and the management of commercial relationship with the same channels which, represented more than 90% of the global business.The position required the co-ordination of 30 members of staff operating in the following business areas: • Products and Relationship Management of three distinct business areas:o Insurance Investments (Unit-linked – Index Linked - With profits )o Pension Funds as well as annuity and retirement productso Protection CPI - Persons and to Property coverages • Training and Network Assistance delivering the preparation of sales staff and phone assistance at managerial level of the sales networks;• Marketing Information System with benchmarking activities of the relevant markets and the organization of the commercial reporting.• Communication and “below the line”

I managed the process of rationalization of products for Italy on behalf of the Deutsche Bank Group as well as the setting up of a pan-european Sicav offering all the asset management products of the DWS Group ( DWS Invest SICAV) .

Products Director at Finanza & Futuro Banca (while managing in 1998 the transformation of the retail sales network into a Retail Saving Bank) I managed the launch of the first Italian Unit Linked called "Universal Life" in 1996

1992/1993 Head of Life Insurance products at Finanza & Futuro 1990/1992 Project Leader for the authorization of Finanza & Futuro Vita (Life insurance company) and the co-ordination of the operational start-up;1987/1990 Product Manager for Life and pension products at Finanza & Futuro ( today still one of the biggest retail network of Financial Advisors in Italy )
