From early concept to design development, I provide and coordinate design solutions, narrative creation, technical applications and presentation materials on all projects I work on. I apply a design process that follows iterative series of design thinking workshops, research, evaluation, conversion and refinement, in line with Woods Bagot's Credo and Guide documents.In Woods Bagot I lead the Global Impact initiative in the Asia region, focusing on sustainability, wellness, and social impact. I contribute with thought-leadership sessions, public speaking engagements, green building certifications training, project support, client support, and research.During my time in Woods Bagot I contributed to the development of the Hong Kong studio talent through team coaching, work ethics, team building strategies, delivery of training and research sharing, design leadership, coordination and review, and team support and feedback.

I worked in the capacity of Senior Architect for RMJM Hong Kong over a period of 7 months. During this time I collaborated with different directors and associates to develop the design for mixed use development Suning Lanfang, Suning Plaza in Chengdu, and Taichung Cultural Center in Taiwan. I was tasked with concept design, schematic design and detail design for those projects, providing design solutions, delivering documents on time and efficiently and reaching the level of quality asked by RMJM standards. I was often prized for my work at RMJM Hong Kong, given high standard reviews and feedbacks on the projects I worked on.

Managed the work and single contribution of small and medium teams, organizing the work in respect of deadlines and clients' demands. Multi tasked between design, supervision and site survey. Coordinator and regional editor of the Beijing section of Expat-Arts Magazine, official journal about the arts of the global network expat-arts. Submitted an extensive number of articles related to subjects as the arts, architecture, Chinese culture and society, travel, respecting deadlines and submission guidelines. Organized meet-ups for the members of the network resident in Beijing concerning open discussions about the arts and public presentations of a few artists portfolios on screen. Supervised the contributions to the magazine by other writers from Beijing and China.
