• Responsible for designing, building, and delivering e-learning courses (tests, simulations, exercises, video simulations) across a wide variety of topics in the SCORM format using Articulate Storyline, Rise.• Development of the information architecture of the course in accordance with the principles of instructional design: breaking content into meaningful fragments, providing a clear structure and visual hierarchy to minimize cognitive load and improve user understanding.• Providing a consistent user interface that matches the corporate style.• Testing the developed courses, making adjustments, updating courses, introducing changes to improve electronic materials.• Implementation of recommendations to improve the visual component and usability of e-learning courses.• Cooperation with team members (methodologist, screenwriter, designer, illustrator, QA) and stakeholders to develop high quality products.• Working with the LMS platform.
