As Head of Risk I am responsible for the independent risk control function at Tink. Leading a team that is responsible for operational risk (non-financial) in 2:nd line of defense at Klarna and are reporting to the CRO. The team consists of six highly skilled team-members, and together we enable a smoooth Operational Risk Management at Klarna. This means that we implement and maintain the governing framework for operational risks (policies, instructions, routines) and monitor the adherence to the same operational risk governing framework.
