- Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures for hydraulic and pneumatic systems- Perform detailed inspections of hydraulic and pneumatic systems at various stages of production and installation- Perform non-destructive testing, functional testing and other quality control measures to identify and correct any deviations from standards- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all QA/QC activities including inspection reports, test results and corrective action plans- Work closely with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and met- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams to improve the quality of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

- Conduct non-destructive testing using methods like Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), X-ray Testing (RT).- Perform inspections on a variety of materials and structures including welds, castings, forgings and composites- Interpret and evaluate test results to identify errors, discontinuities or irregularities- Prepare detailed inspection reports and document test procedures, results and any findings- Ensure NDT equipment is properly calibrated and maintained to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
