This involves keeping track of metrics like attrition, compensation spread, HR dashboard for hiring etc. Design, implement and administer recruitment, retention and talent management programs. Established Compensation Structure, Pay Policies, Organizational Hierarchy, Robust Performance Appraisal, Training and / Leadership Development Programs, Employee Benefit programs and services in line with the parent company. Advice and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinary, grievances and performance issues. Advice and guide on pay related matters: pay reviews, reward projects, changes to pay related terms etc. Payroll Management and Issues related to statutory compliances (like ESIC, PF, TDS deduction etc.).
