• Provided sole engineering support and technical oversight for small atmospheric science research group at NASA / Ames Research Center.• Developed conceptual designs and detailed design specifications for several complex airborne atmospheric sampling instrumentation packages.• Integrated and operated gas and aerosol atmospheric sampling instrumentation aboard multiple NASA and NCAR aircraft. Developed and deployed automated high-altitude radon sampling instrument for ER-2 under budget ($500K) on an extremely compressed schedule.• Participated in multi-agency field experiments and deployments to Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Azores (Portugal), and Tahiti.• Published several unique datasets of measurement results in peer-reviewed scientific journals, used for the development of convection parameterizations for Global Climate Models at NASA, NCAR, Livermore National Laboratory, Harvard and Cambridge Universities.
