At that ime I was promoted and became managing director. From now on, I was responsible for new business and builduing up more business with existing clients. The effort of my unit made about one thrid of the turn over of the agency. I was gaining new clients, writing concepts, making presentations, travelling for customer care,educating skilled team members and building up the - at that time - brand new internet business.
