As an Application Service Desk Manager, I manage a team that serves as an escalation level for the company's Customer Service, offering support related to the applications included in our Portfolio.Some of my responsibilities are: - filtering and resolving escalated issues; acting as the main point of contact for personnel to resolve issues beyond their skill set, knowledge, etc.- supporting further case escalation where appropriate and ensuring closures in a timely manner- ensuring that the team's drive for greater automation and robust processes are being met- identifying and introducing new procedures to improve existing processes- managing stakeholder requirements and expectations- producing regular KPI/SLA reports ensuring operational team efficiency

As a Project Manager, I was responsible of the planning, development and evaluation of various strategic projects.Some of my main responsabilities were:- managing the delivery of aims and outputs to a high standard and ensuring stakeholder expectations are continually aligned- identifying and managing project risk, maintaining project plans and providing regular and accurate reports to the appropriate stakeholders- escalating exceptions as discovered during projects and arranging for appropriate approvals- assisting functional managers to identify optimal resources in an initiative- coordinating resources and ensuring good communication among stakeholdersSome of the main projects I worked on included the addition of new services to our service catalog, GDPR compliance as well as other small internal projects.

I covered the role of a Product Owner in the development of a new internal Trouble Ticketing system.A few of my responsibilities were:- Managing the backlog of the team- Prioritizing the release of features based on business value and business demand- Managing an efficient and self-organizing team - Defining how product performance is measured, ensuring increasing performance and building the right features- Gathering feedback about specific needs from internal stakeholders to improve our product- Serving as a stakeholder for other internal teams that have dependencies on the product we were building- Communicating on a regular basis with the other teams, bringing them up to date regarding releases, new developments and major changes

I was responsible for the swift development of internal software. I managed a team of international developers, who I distributed and delegated work to. As an internal software development team leader, my duties included:• Identifying problems within the business that may be solved using internal software.• Creating, planning, and distributing projects based on internal needs.• Monitoring and quality-controlling the work of my own team of developers.• Assisting with programming and design.• Reporting to internal stakeholders.• Providing project delivery timeframes to management, and ensuring timely delivery.

I continued working within the IT Operations team, but two new responsibilities were added:- Server management for applications and infrastructure - Setting up configurations, maintenance, upgrades, patching.
