I used to be a Hotelier. I love the attention to details and how a world of hospitality is a mix between pleasure and business. One second you've welcomed the Carpenter, Henrik who checked in with his wife and the next the CEO of Pirelli entered the hotel - the mix and the need to transition to every possible conversation have learned me so much.The possibility to become one of the youngest hotel managers in the nordics at the age of 26 was a eye opener. The responsibility, the hard work, diligence and to work in the trenches with the team(s) was what I loved.For the past 7 years I have transitioned into the world of tech, sales and partnerships using my experience and skills which I have compounded over the years.To become the best version of a sales person in the long run, you need to do what other sales people hate: from cold calling the small business, to map out the whole sales cycle to create strong frameworks regarding data discipline and processes. In other words be the King of Sales Operations!Most importantly I have my wife and 3 kids as a natural motivator to become the best version of Me - on and off work.
