After 12 years on the leadership team of a Nashville-based integrated creative agency, Stefan Speligene decided to take the best ingredients from his experiences and start again from scratch. Today, along with this trusty roux crew, Stefan develops smart marketing strategies and crafts rich, plans to go with them. His affinity for strategic direction and ability to internally align a company’s members give him an advantage — especially when it comes to the operation and logistics of a campaign. On top of his agency experience, Stefan’s 18 years of industry background (including extensive experience in logistics, sales and marketing for companies like UPS) have also proven beneficial for roux clients. Using this expertise, he works with internal and external teams to connect company goals with marketing objectives, meet those goals, and often open doors for new opportunities for growth. “We’re here to serve and learn.” Stefan shares. “roux is about creating long-term relationships with more candor and more real conversation. In other words, we help our clients meet their objectives through an enjoyable partnership.” Stefan is also passionate about both Special Olympics Tennessee, where he serves as a member of the board, and Food for Thought, a fund we’ve created through The Community Foundation to offer grants to organizations that help feed children in our community.
