With over three decades of experience in retail, event organizing and cacao farming, I founded Culture Choc in 2020, with the first vegan manga chocolate brand called Drach-oc. Our mission is to create and market delicious and healthy chocolates that improve the brain, body, and biosphere, while protecting and promoting our unique brand identity and value proposition in a competitive and dynamic market.I am also a passionate cacao farmer and advocate for sustainable and ethical practices in the industry. Since 2014, I have partnered with the indigenous Bunong tribal farmers in Cambodia, establishing over 60 active cacao farms across three provinces and ensuring that they receive one of the highest cacao prices worldwide. Additionally, I am the creative event organizer of the Kingdom of Elfia, the world's largest outdoor cosplay and costume festival, which I have successfully run for 23 years, attracting tens of thousands of visitors and participants every year.
