I'm a Project/Program Manager and Business Development Manager with extensive international experience. And it's all Jules Verne's fault. Speaking six languages, working for five organizations in four cities across three countries and two continents - it all started with one of his books: "A Captain at Fifteen". I was a bored kid when I turned the first page of that book, and by the time I turned the last one, I was a thrilled, avid book reader whose life path was traced toward the big unknown world.Years later, I boldly reached my first destination - the city of Bologna, Italy – where I enrolled in a four-year study course with enough money for only one semester of studies and rent. I barely spoke the language of the studies. It was very, very challenging. It wasn't the strength of my character and intellect that got me through. It was the love, the friendship, and the support I received from the people around me that nurtured my innate strengths. Early on in my journey, I was permeated with these values, and they have been my signature in everything I create ever since. Thanks to these values, over 10 local authorities from Southeast Europe benefited from the development projects I crafted and managed. More than 50 local business and authorities from the Adriatic Sea area received over $20 million thanks to my daily support and supervision as a Program Manager for EU Development Funds.They were with me in hard times - my unsuccessful startup experience – and in good times – I turned a small and virtually unknown construction business into trusted partner to over 25 commercial GCs, generating $1.6 million in revenue in the process. Currently I am the Managing Partner and Senior Operations Manager of Banzae LLC – the newborn American sister of the successful European software developing company. In Europe, our reputation as talented coders, often helping other software companies with their very challenging development projects, precedes us. In the US, we’re taking our first baby steps, but soon we’ll start running thanks to the care and support we are receiving from the San Antonio’s vibrant tech community.My partner and I are thrilled by the opportunity to help San Antonio (and the US) businesses grow with quality software solutions.
