As a research specialist in infectious disease vaccines at BioNTech SE, I apply my knowledge and skills in immunology, flow cytometry and in-vitro expression systems to help develop vaccines for various infectious diseases. Dedicated to life-long learning, I graduated with a master's degree in immunology of infectious diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 2021, where I gained a solid foundation in the cellular mechanisms of immune responses to pathogens and gained a foundation in bioinformatics using R. Before joining BioNTech SE in 2022, I worked as a research assistant at the Vaccine Trial Centre, Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Mahidol University. I am passionate about advancing the science of immunization for global health. I am fluent in German, English, and intermediate in Thai, which enables me to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. I am driven by the mission of BioNTech SE to create breakthrough therapies for serious diseases, and I strive to contribute to the field of immunology and infectious disease vaccine development with excellence, innovation, and integrity.
