- Creating and develop logistics procedure for all materials delivered from Jakarta and other location to the site at Obi Island, North Maluku.- Searching qualified vendor in logistics ( sea, land and air freight ), review price comparison table and negotiation for the final price.- Monitoring all shipment to site and make sure arrived on schedule. - Ensure smooth import and export activities and compliance to latest regulation.- Verify the Harmonized Systems (HS) code for all imported materials which has been proposed by shipper at China.- Importation using Master list facility and Form E / ACFTA.- Oversee the coordination between permit staff and related government body for necessary import permit.- Review and finalization of contract for logistics services. - Improved logistics cost efficiency.- Working closely with material receiving coordinator at site to make sure all materials has been received in good condition.- Coordinate and supervise loading and unloading process at the port and container depot.- Trained new logistics staff for logistics and customs clearance procedure.- Creating and develop work progress report to management.
