To generate dynamic teamwork inside the shrimp farm, coordinating with our border security, HR, our shrimp tech and the feeder and to ensure we got all of their needs in terms of shrimp cultivation covered.To make sure our household/kitchen provides proper food for the whole people in the shrimp farm.Reporting duty to main director/stakeholder on how the shrimp develops according to real data on site provides by our shrimp tech.To arrange each pool's estimated tonnage and due date on our shrimp harvesting and coordinating with our buyer on quantity and prices.

Provides accurate data from direct approach to each customer's/companies (business to business). Analyze market and gives tools for marketing support, field assesment and formulate solutions to help the company to boost sales. I also had the experience in opening new market in Solo, Juwana and Rembang (central Java) and Probolinggo (east java), handling any kind of circumstances which might occur on the field, to keep eyes on transaction as well as the account receivable.

My main task is to secure all purchase order from the factory and batching plants, to delegate the order to my subordinates and to help them when they meet any obstacles. To make sure our division could get the offer from suppliers and choose the one which meets the criteria from company in terms of payment and price, I also do the negotiation flon term of patlyment and price. To release the internal voucher for payment administration, including regular invoice and tax invoice, after all of those papers are completed then we pass it to Finance department.

Basic sales experience with security hardware, to design and gives solution on surveillance system and it's integration with other hardwares. My project was with swissbell, zest, aston and together with PT. Telkom Indonesia doing integration PABX system for PT Semen Gresik and also PT Holcim site Tuban.
