Within Iron Mountain, I championed the development of a global operational excellence program that integrates with the existing comprehensive infosec/compliance program. I advised on and implemented organizational change to ensure IMDC continually met the stringent demands that customers expected. While simultaneously creating the internal circumstances to allow Iron Mountain Data Centers to achieve the ambitious strategic goals it set.

Deltares is dedicated to solving the ongoing questions related to people and water. From rising sea levels and storm barriers to the management of freshwater reserves. At Deltares, I was responsible for setting up, expanding, and maintaining the Management System for quality, health, safety, environment, and sustainability.

With the change program from my previous role running to its end, the board of directors requested me to shift my focus from managing the change program to implementing changes in the company's management systems, to ensure the continuous improvement culture wouldn't fade out.

I held a key position within a company-wide reengineering project designed to improve the company's competitive advantage. As an internal consultant and change manager, I motivated and coached employees to take up a role in the new continuous improvement culture.Most of my days were filled with bringing people together, unlocking their knowledge of the processes they had been working with for years in workshops to identify opportunities for improvement and make those improvements a reality. I gave training on various operational excellence tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM, 5S) and guided individuals to take the stage as ambassadors for change within their departments.
