I am enjoying a global career of over 25 years within the Oil & Gas and Biofuel business, in operational units as well as headquarter functions, working in a variety of cultural environments across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.My approach of bringing transparency and simplicity into the business is based on strong bounds towards our people and understanding of the business – to implement changes where it matters.I am particularly motivated by engaging with people, working on quality numbers and develop direction to our organization that can easily be understood and wants to be followed. The major transformation projects within my career taught me the importance of a strong set of values, along with the right strategy to bring sustainable success to the business.
