Responsible for E2E design, implementation, maintenance and auditing. This includes customer billing and environment scaling, system availability and performance. Responsible for the creation and enforcement of policies and procedures related to all aspects of datacenter operations;• Responsible for Windows 2nd line support team consisting of 3 engineers supporting approximately 500+ servers across 100+ customers. Primary escalation channel for all Windows, Backup and hardware across all projects, datacenters and clients;• Securing older end system by making sure agreements, upgrade and service continuity plans where made and followed. Lead a team of engineers to achieve these goals with satisfied customers as a result; • Restructure the inventory and hardware storage facilities. This to create a clear overview of current inventory, reducing employer overhead for searching and reducing cost of expiring hardware to improve the workflow for my coworkers and customers;• Troubleshooting customer tickets and internal incidents for problem management. Investigating hardware, software and interaction of networking equipment. Customer communication and ensuring to meet SLA agreements. Informing colleges and management about current status of customer calls as well as analyzing and reporting alarms, workflow and experience;• Responsible for implementation of ITIL V3 standards.
