In my earlier years I worked mainly with Smallworld GIS software. From installation / Configuration to implementing new functionality, including upgrades and migrations to smallworld software.Subjects include, but are not limited to Software Quality, Data Quality, Interfacing (make several programs use the same interface), Networks, Calculations, Maps, Upgrades/Migrations.Activities include(d), but not limited to, configuring smallworld products, performing (data) migrations to smallworld, upgrading modules and products, implementing data integrity tooling (QAQC tool from smallworld office). Smallworld products I have worked with include Smallworld Core, PNI, NRM Water, Office (QA/QC), DXF, NEN1878.Other products include ORCA, Syncmanager, Spatial Workshop.I have worked for customers both in house as well as on site. Including working for several major companies. Both domestic as well as foreign, as far as Australia.Later a new product came along: Water Office. I worked on that product in various roles. At a customer site to implement, as a developer, but also taking a lead in testing functionality/releases.Going along things changed, I got more involved in work processes which were to be supported by a solution, this includes understanding the business processes and their relevance with regards to for example ISO certification.Other work include setting up business processes to ensure a smooth well organized product development track. The work done here is later, for example, also used to implement a new ERP software system which also takes care of issue tracking, task definitions, releases. It supports both the development of a feature or a new release. But also supporting (released) products.Simply put, whatever you need, I get it done. Show less
