Have you ever wondered why you prefer some products over others, without any obvious reasons? Have you ever asked yourself how some companies are able to surf the wave, while others just didn't see the wave coming?These waves didn't come from nothing; there's always an equation behind market dynamics. Sometimes they are simple, but very often the shifting tides are rather complex.I take great pleasure in consuming product-related knowledge and applying it to build solutions and offerings that change the life of users in ways they never would have anticipated.I enjoy new and tough problem spaces, the fun in accumulating all the required knowledge to make educated discoveries and then build a compelling solution that is easy to learn, easy to use. Once the nut is cracked, I get bored easily and prefer to take on the next challenge. That's why I never stay too long in a single area and keep a flexible mind by constantly challenging myself.Product Management is such a crazy profession and requires so many skills you will keep on learning ALL the time. The complexity of challenges on the job is a perfect fit to how I work and function as a human being. Identifying and solving tough puzzles, analyzing group dynamics and unblocking others for the benefit of everyone is all part of the daily "routine".I truly believe that body and mind have to stay in balance; I have a broad interest in activities, but calisthenics has been very high on my list over the last couple of years. Calisthenics challenges not individual muscle groups but requires balanced coordination of the whole body.
