Create positive environment for teammates to insure customers have an excellent experience. Supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, motivating, preparing and delivering performance evaluations, preparing and delivering discipline, and terminating, when necessary.

Assist the General Manager with daily operations. When opening the restaurant, make sure all food prep is completed on time, as well as associates in their assigned positions. Insure that each customer that walks through the door has a great experience and leaves happy. Close the restaurant in a timely manner following high standards for cleanliness and safety. Control food delivery times as well as labor percentages by using proper judgement. Control cost of goods when ordering product and minimizing waste. Promote a fun and productive work environment through leading by example and sense of urgency.
