Responsible for the portfolio of Japanese companies based in Brazil, focusing on local Cash Management, and in Latin America, focusing on international Cash Management. Identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, conducting visits and meetings to map cash flow, qualify leads, and promote products, as well as understanding needs to address the development of new solutions. Managing customer relationships within the bank, working in collaboration with product, client services, and implementation teams.

Financial performance analysis based on client cash flow creating metrics to review the relationship and to identify business opportunities (revenue increase and efficiency). Development of automation process to analyze client behavior; Elaboration of presentations to sales team and clients; visit clients to present results of previous analysis and offering products. Responsible to cover Multinational clients based in Brazil, USA and Europe with cash management portfolio products local and offshore; Support to clients; internal coordination in structuring complex financial operations; Monitoring client relationship within the bank considering issues and problems related to the products; Internal interaction to review process and procedures; tracking of clients survey; identification of issues root causes and improvements opportunities

Data analysis related to client engagement and preparation of documents with educational indices to present in strategic consulting to the clients; Support clients via telephone, chats and emails providing assistance in questions and issues regarding digital platform; Monitoring product implementation; Development and coordination of project that promotes training to the employees aiming to improve quality service at the same time it develops the team. Training new interns and coordination of operational processes.
