Worked with two separate units to win their NLRB union election. Identified and developed leaders across blue-collar and white-collar job classifications. Created meeting agendas for worker meetings as well as organizing committee meetings. Facilitated meetings with up to 15 workers. Created a database for a unit with over 400 workers, and worked with both communications and data teams to ensure workers understood their campaign plan.

Canvassed voters' homes in support of political candidates endorsed by UNITE HERE in both Reno, Nevada and Atlanta, Georgia. During my time in Reno, I was the co-lead for my team and helped draft agendas for our daily check-ins and debriefs. Co-led trainings on identifying leaders in the workplace and the importance of mapping connections between workers and leaders. Ultimately ended the time with two wins to keep our Senate blue.
