The increasing possibilities of digitization drive new and increased demands in our society. This requires public sector IT and policy leaders to define, implement and adopt to new solutions and ways of working for the 'digital society' in a more rapid pace than ever before. This within the context of the public sector that the ‘digital society’ also needs to be inclusive and sustainable. My name is Stefco Kraaij and for more than 10 years I have been working with the Public Sector in The Netherlands to advise and implement ICT solutions. In this period I have been responsible for large scale and high impact European Tenders. Throughout my career I have been passionate about the ability of ICT & Telecommunication concepts and solutions to improve productivity for the clients I work for. In my personal life I am trying to be the best football trainer and coach I can for the team of my son. Together with a small team within our club, we also train and coach young football players with ADHD and autism, so they can also enjoy playing football. I have had the privilege to work for companies like Ericsson and Vodafone in a diverse set of roles. First in more hands-on roles in product management, consulting, project management and sales. Later on in my career I have been leading several teams. On top of the (people) management of the teams, I am responsible for multidisciplinary teams working on strategic European Tenders and projects. These projects contain a high level of technical, organizational and commercial complexity with heavy C-level engagement both within VodafoneZiggo as within our Public Sector customers.Vodafoneziggo is a strong communications provider in the Dutch market for consumers, enterprises and the public sector.
