My name is Stefco Kraaij and for more than 10 years I have been working with the Public Sector in The Netherlands to advise and implement ICT solutions. In this period I have been responsible for large scale and high impact European Tenders. Throughout my career I have been passionate about the ability of ICT & Telecommunication concepts and solutions to improve productivity for the clients I work for. In my personal life I am trying to be the best football trainer and coach I can for the team of my son. Together with a small team within our club, we also train and coach young football players with ADHD and autism, so they can also enjoy playing football. I have had the privilege to work for companies like Ericsson and Vodafone in a diverse set of roles. First in more hands-on roles in product management, consulting, project management and sales. Later on in my career I have been leading several teams. On top of the (people) management of the teams, I am responsible for multidisciplinary teams working on strategic European Tenders and projects.
