Achievements:Redesigned the company branding, created a company style guide for a consistent look and feel across various marketing platforms and channels, and redesigned & launched their website with the new branding.Launched a new training initiative and website boilerplate to help all the designers learn and level each other up. The boilerplate introduced SASS and Babel into the designers workflow to increase efficiency and quality of work.Primary Responsibilities:Design and create great experiences on the web for Bluleadz and for their clients, train other designers by providing feedback and encouragement, and developing scalable processes so the team is efficient in delivering the best quality work consistently.

Achievements:Brought their custom eCommerce platform into the modern era by designing and developing it's first responsive themes as well as creating a boilerplate responsive starter-kit for other developers to use going forward.Helped teach the designers best practices on how to design for the responsive web.Helped them become a tiered Gold HubSpot Partner ($6,500+ managed recurring revenue) by migrating 10+ customers onto the HubSpot COS.Re-designed and rewrote Accuform's (SMS's sister company) Adobe Phonegap app from scratch into a Progressive Web App (PWA) for better usability and maintainability.Doubled their own website traffic in less than 1 year by re-coding the website, and fixing it's SEO and other various semantic errors in addition to creating new high-traffic web app / landing pages such as their "Email Signature Builder".Primary Responsibilities:Designing, programming, and managing exceptional websites and web apps. This also includes managing and designing landing page templates, email templates and making sure the team is using best practices in regards to responsive design, SEO and UX.

Achievements:Helped the company grow from being a Silver HubSpot partner ($3k MRR) with 7 employees to a Diamond partner ($50k MRR) with 17+ employees in a 2 year period.Primary Responsibilities:1.
