AFRY Sustainbility Consulting supports companies in realising their ambitions on climate and sustainability. For example, we support them in decarbonisation and transformation to a more sustainable business model, with a focus on making real and measurable impact. The team consists of experts on climate, carbon reduction, biodiversity, circular economy, corporate social responsibility, ESG Due Diligence and sustainable finance. By integrating these elements with business acumen and expertise in strategy, analysis and transformation, we are able to offer strategic advice to management. The management consulting team is supported by around 1,300 (technical) sustainability experts and 19,000 colleagues with deep sector knowledge in Industry, Infra, Energy and Bio Industry with the technical skills to design and implement sustainable solutions.

WSP's Global Investor and Lenders Advisory Group combines commercial, financial, technical and operational expertise to advise institutional investors and companies on strategic steps to create sustainable solutions.Within this team, I was responsible for all advisory services related to real estate, ranging from Due Diligence to helping companies set up their ESG policies for their real estate portfolio. Together with a team of passionate Associates and Analysts and national and international experts from WSP's 60,000+ workforce, I provided a one-stop shop for all their technical queries.

The multidisciplinary projects department links the knowledge and know-how (in the fields of Construction, Energy, Water, Infra and Environment) of WSP in the Netherlands and WSP's international experts, to provide our clients with the best possible care and advice. In my role, I built and relied on cooperation both within WSP and with partners and clients. Together, we worked on complex tenders and projects.

On behalf of Heijmans Vastgoed Amersfoort, I was responsible for several major projects. Projects in which cooperation with other stakeholders, the development of a new identity and the associated challenges were central. I also contributed my knowledge and vision to several innovation projects on themes such as financing, sustainability, energy and cooperation. Heijmans is a listed company that combines activities in real estate, housing, utilities and infrastructure in the areas of "living, working and connecting".

After the merger of the construction and real estate company, I became responsible for the development, sales and buyer support departments. I was the initiator of Ter Steege's consumer-oriented housing concept, Leef!Stijl. With this and with participation in various expert groups for Ter Steege Holding, I made an important contribution to other concepts, the creation of the one brand strategy and the associated overall marketing and sales strategy.

Developer of the complex projects within Ter Steege Vastgoed Lelystad and (later also) Ter Steege Vastgoed Apeldoorn. Also coach and point of contact for younger colleagues. In a period of crisis in the housing market, I successfully realised and sold several stranded projects by focusing on customer experience and introducing new marketing tools.

I was responsible for the acquisition and development up to the completion of the feasibility phase of large, long-term and multifunctional developments. Working closely with market researchers, concept developers and other colleagues, I initiated and realised several residential and commercial property projects. Synchroon came into being on 1 August 2008 following the merger between Hopman Interheem and Johan Matser; until then I worked at Hopman Interheem.

Working for both the architecture and urban planning departments. In addition to my design tasks, I was also responsible for the planning and coordination of the various internal and external disciplines in several successful tender projects. Among other things, the team won major tenders in China and Northern Europe.
