I am a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for providing best in class Customer Support Services.The role I currently fill is Project Lead for a large multinational tech company in the early days if its Customer support journey, this is a constantly changing and evolving enviroment and I am tasked with overseeing these changes and liasing with training, quality, policy and operations leads to ensure success!I am proud to say I have played a big part in the success of this newly implemented Customer Support initiative.I'm a comfortable with leading change across large operations with the aim of providing seamless integration of multiple different tooling enhancements, platform changes/updates and policy changes.I have 3 years experience leading high performing Customer and Tech support teams of 12-25 employees, Previous to my project lead position I have fulfilled a POC role for 5 Team Leads.I was tasked with over seeing daily tasks, providing on going guidance on company policy and supporting Team Leads with their core duties.I have an indepth knowledge of Customer support operations and service delivery leadership which I have gained through my time wothin in the Customer Support field.I have also completed multiple instructor lead training courses with my current employer focused on instilling and developing the nessecary competencies to successfully lead a Customer Support operation.
