As a member of the senior leadership team at Llanishen Fach Primary School, I am responsible for leading and managing many areas including wellbeing and curriculum design, with over 7 years of experience.In addition to my role on the senior leadership team, I also serve as a senior mentor, working closely with PGCE students, mentors and University staff to provide guidance and support in achieving their personal and professional goals. I am passionate about helping others succeed and believe in the importance of coaching and mentorship in developing the next generation of leaders.As a research champion, I am committed to advancing the 'schools as a learning organisation' vision through ongoing research and innovation. I am always seeking new opportunities to contribute to the knowledge base in my field and increase my professional development. Finally, as a class teacher, I have the privilege of working with the amazing children in Year 3 on a daily basis. I am dedicated to creating a positive and engaging learning environment that empowers my students to reach their full potential.
