First and foremost; I love helping people grow.Since I started in the training industry over 15 years ago, this has always been my number one driver. My calm and methodical approach has helped to defuse countless tense situations, as well as help guide people towards their true potential.I’ve had the pleasure of working with thousands of clients, from hundreds of organisations. I started out working in the Adventure Activity sector, leading and coaching people to push boundaries in what they thought was possible. I migrated sideways into team & leadership development as there is a high skillset crossover from the outdoors. Since then I’ve trained and coordinated on small and large scale development programmes that have trained hundreds of participants across multiple cohorts. I take great satisfaction from helping individuals achieve their goals, and creating high performing leaders and teams, with the skills & knowledge to continue developing.
