ParkIT! is a partnership between Big Sur Land Trust, Point Lobos Foundation, Big Sur International Marathon, California State Parks, Monterey Peninsula Regional Parks District, and Carmel community representatives. Together, these organizations are working to improve public safety, conserve natural resources, and optimize visitor experience to the Northern Palo Corona Parklands coast. The role of the Project Director is to steer the organizations in all aspects of project design, permitting, and community outreach through completion. This includes program design, vendor engagement, Coastal Development Permit process, State and County agency meeting coordination, community meeting coordination, funding development, etc.

- Program Development: Conducting strategic analysis of organizational programs and overseeing their development and implementation.- Project management for the development and implementation of new programs or refinement/up-leveling of existing programs.- Advising internal teams on overarching organizational systems, writing Memorandums of Understanding to document collaborations and shepherding coalitions of like-minded organizations.- Personnel and agency policies analysis and advisement, executive recruitment and hiring, communications planning, needs assessments, performance evaluation, personnel/team Leadership, and more.- Visioning strategic board retreats (day-of facilitation and full written report).- Expansion visioning, planning, and implementation.- Grants mining and strategic review of fundraising programs.- Educating internal teams about the grants strategy to enhance fundraising success rates and capacity, including topics such as scheduling, compliance, efficient data collection/evaluation, reporting, and more.

Carmel River Watershed Conservancy (CRWC) held a strategic vision retreat to develop an expansion strategy for the organization. Collaborating with a partner to facilitate the retreat, we helped CRWC lay the foundation for a comprehensive five-year plan during the retreat and in a written report. Subsequently, CRWC contracted me for the following months to organize, plan, and launch the Growth & Development Plan. My responsibilities included outlining the project roadmap, establishing subcommittees to develop key priorities, conducting monthly meetings with each subcommittee, defining objectives, strategies, and tactics, and creating a detailed implementation plan with a scheduled timeline. Additionally, it was identified that hiring a full-time Executive Director was critical to the success of the plan. As a result, CRWC expanded my contract to support the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process for the new Executive Director.

In collaboration with Laura Harris Consulting and as an independent grant writing consultant, I've served a diverse range of clients. Understanding individual agency goals and causes, I deliver impactful grants that not only adhere to grant maker protocols but also authentically convey the unique narrative of each organization. Beyond writing and application submission, I guide Executive Directors, facilitating relationship-building with funders to elevate agency, program awareness, and long-term funding strategies. Additionally, I work closely with internal teams, navigating the intricacies of grant plans, enhancing success rates and fundraising capacities through meticulous attention to scheduling, compliance, data capture, and reporting. With a 97% funding rate, I bring experience across various grant types, including State, Federal, Community Foundation, Corporate, and Family Foundation grants.

- Chartered the Marketing, Strategy and Research department establishing objectives, workstreams, process documents, and communication to the rest of the organization. - Developed a freshman marketing plan for the business, building it out with a 5-year vision plan.- Led the organization in sustainable manufacturing awareness, education, and training to encourage clients to explore options.- Designed and implemented a Give Back Program for Employees and Clients in partnership with a local Domestic Violence Shelter. In recognition of our 20-year anniversary, LG&P's CEO asked me to help lead a fundraising and action partnership with a local shelter. I researched a viable partner, nurtured relationships, and developed and implemented a robust give-back program that engaged employees and our clients in a multitude of ways.

- Launched the Meta account relationship at LG&P with a global rollout of the Oculus 2 display including management of a $14M budget, 20 different designs, engineered, manufactured, and shipped to 5,500 locations throughout the world. - Reviewed and negotiated contracts with Meta and their partner organizations; Master Business Agreements, NDAs and individual project contracts.- Worked with 7 different stakeholders within Meta to lead the project through all phases to completion. - Worked with global Meta and LG&P partners in Poland, China, England, Ukraine, and Japan including travel to audit production for quality assurance.

Nest Labs/Google Senior Account Manager- Managed large-scale, semi-annual merchandising updates across North America, APAC, and LATAM involving the redesign of 2.5K display fixtures impacting 20 retail partners supported by 12 internal client stakeholders and $2M in budget.- Owned website development for new production and inventory ordering from the ground up over 3-month period. >100 collective transactions monthly.- Executed intake of over 200 Nest inventory skus to Outform DC. Established inventory ordering system via portal and all inventory/services/communication processes required to fulfill >100 orders monthly.- Recognized individually in two separate QBRs from senior Nest leadership for exemplary partnership and service (Dec 2017/Aug 2018)
