I assist the operations team with various duties. I upload all the drivers paperwork for billing customers, I handle all broker detentions, answer phone calls and emails from drivers and brokers and assist with any issues/questions they may have.

for the Participant Service Center. I answer incoming calls for individuals who want to borrow money from their 401K retirement plan. I also research and answer questions about the plan itself. I typically answer about 40-60 calls a day.

I made outbound sale calls to professors in the engineering field. I also took incoming calls and emails with questions about books and products McGraw-Hill offered.

. I placed calls to Medical offices, Hospitals, Law offices, Insurance Providers and Bookstores to sell Medical Coding materials. When I started with the company in April I have received Top Program Performer and have been acknowledged by the Vice President of WS Live about my wonderful performance in such a short amount of time. We need to maintain an average sales percentage of 85%, I ended my first month with 154% and the second month with 126%.I was asked to be a part of the companies Mentor training program to help new or struggling employees before I left to start a new chapter of my life with McGraw-Hill.

In customer service I answered product questions and placed orders. In the Returns Dept, I would set up returns and or convince customers to keep product and replace orders due to errors. In Dedicated Service I assisted Medline sales reps with managing their territories; I would place, track, and deal with any issues the customers may have in my assigned territory either via phone, email or fax.
