Led the product vision, strategy, and development roadmap, scaling the platform from 800K mostly European players participating in competitions created by Challengermode to nearly 10M players globally competing in tournaments hosted by over 85K organizers. Conceptualized, developed, and launched several major products, including a mobile app with almost 1M downloads, a B2B SaaS platform that empowers everyone from local organizers to renowned brands to create and manage highly automated competitions, and an API product that enables games to leverage our competitive technology for entirely new in-game modes. A particularly proud achievement was the highly successful launch of a competitive game mode within one of the biggest AAA FPS titles, showcasing the capabilities of Challengermode.

Product manager for the largest financial ticket settlement process between airlines, settling hundreds of millions of dollars worth of tickets between some of the world's largest passenger airlines. Led all development projects to enhance the software calculating ticket values from conception to delivery and customer acceptance. Established and optimized quality assurance protocols, ensuring the correctness of settlement calculations. Managed a cross-functional team of 4 in Hamburg and a larger remote team in India, driving successful execution of processes and delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency.

During the entrepreneurship program, I co-developed a product aimed at alleviating the most common causes of hangovers, helping customers enjoy their nights out without compromising the next day. Led customer research efforts, identifying pain points and testing solutions directly with our target audience. Negotiated with potential suppliers to secure product samples and oversaw product testing. Additionally, gained expertise in social media marketing and eCommerce strategies to prepare for an international launch. Although we eventually chose to discontinue the business in pursuit of other career opportunities, this venture provided invaluable experience in product development, market analysis, and hands-on entrepreneurship.

Completed a 3.5-year dual study program designed in partnership with industry-leading companies to combine academic studies with hands-on work experience. This program equipped participants with both a bachelor’s degree and extensive, relevant work experience - a key advantage over traditional university programs. I worked across six different departments within five Lufthansa Group companies, such as Lufthansa Technik and Lufthansa Technik Logistics America. The program featured 10-week intensive academic semesters, providing the same knowledge and credit points as a traditional university degree, while maximizing practical, real-world training. Additionally, I gained early international business experience through a semester abroad in Sweden and a practical term in New York.
