Ambitious, disciplined, structured - these characteristics describe exactly who I am as a person. My goals have always been to constantly develop myself further and to reach the best possible outcome no matter what task it is.It was also this mindset and lifestyle that brought me first to China and afterwards to Singapore, to develop the business and my professional career. As of right now I’m back in Europe, holding the positions of the division manager of the core business (product sales & service) for GSA (Germany, Switzerland & Austria) at the Headquarter + the director of the French subsidiary in the medtech industry.It gives me great pleasure to work internationally and I see it as one of my core strength, as a generalist, to have the overview of all the different sectors of a company (e.g. finance, sales or logistic) at all times as well as to develop them further in accordance to the strategy of the company. Equally important to me is the human aspect. Without a good team it’s very difficult or often not even possible to lead a company successfully.
