Carve-out of Kaiser’s Tengelmann’s eCommerce business to form an autonomous, agile and aggressive entity to conquer the German online grocery market. Design and buildup of the head office organization, incl. completion of executive team (CMO) and recruitment of critical Heads (CTO, ERP, Logistics, Finance, etc.). Heading the strategic planning process incl. business planning and budgeting. Scaling operations by growing SKUs and revenue while enabling same day delivery. Moving the business from niche (small range, markup pricing and unspecific delivery slots) to mass market compatibility (full range, competitive pricing, 2-hour slots). Revamping the IT-architecture exchanging or building all major systems (ERP, shop, route planning, capacity management and master data management.
