As a senior consultant with the PSO in NEMEA, I have been involved in both larger and smaller projects, of all types. Earliest in my career I worked with some of our EUC products combined with Cloud Management and Automation. After the first year, my main attention changed primarily to Cloud Management and Multi-Cloud. At Arrow ECS my main responsibility was to run the VMware classroom trainings in the Nordics, besides working as technical pre-sales support for the sales team. I also developed and delivered sales training and education plans to partners, and tailored training to customers. When not presenting I also did technical consulting like design, Implantation, and troubleshooting on different VMware solutions. At Arrow I delivered my fist VMUG session

As a consultant, I supported the sales teams on technical pre-sales sessions with customers, but the main responsibility was to design and implement the many different solutions we delivered to both private and public enterprise to mid-size customers. My main focus area started around the Microsoft infrastructure/back-office components, but later changes to VMware (VI3/vSphere). I owned my first VMware certification in 2007 on VI3.

Primary responsible for Active Directory, Exchange, and Virtual Infrastructure (Both VMware ESX and GSX). Also, part of the Operations Team, running the internal IT helpdesk.
